Born in Niles, Ohio and later moved to Youngstown, Ohio. Ms. Victoria has been a resident of Springfield, Ohio for 30 years, married to her college sweetheart for 29 years, and they have two adult children in graduate school, after graduating from HBCU’s.
Ms. Victoria has worked at LabCorp for over 30 years, while working diligently within her community. She serves in the dance ministry, Spiritual Expressions, at Restored Life Ministries. She also serves on the Executive Board of the Springfield Foundation Board and is an active member of the National Council of Negro Women.
She enjoys reading, and belongs to a book club called BGR, Black Girl’s Read. She also enjoys arts and culture and taking in live performances of dance and music.
When asked what motivates her, she replied, my personal motto, which is “to be the woman I want my daughter to be”.
